With Managed Email service, we’ll reserve a new domain name for your firm and create a portfolio of email addresses (ex: John.Doe@YourCompany.com), for your growing staff.

You can also create “alias” email addresses, such as Service@YourCompany.com or Sales@YourCompany.com to protect privacy while routing important client messaging to the right people inside your firm.

Efficient Retrieval Options

You can choose the best way to check your email at Veraciti – using either POP3 or IMAP. You can even mix the two email retrieval methods within your company to suit your needs.

POP3, the most common method of mail retrieval, integrates well with client email programs like Microsoft Outlook™. Once you have retrieved the email, your email software adds intelligence and features to the emails, such as file folders for organized storage, personal calendaring and task tracking. When you use POP email retrieval, Veraciti functions primarily as storage and forwarding platform.

IMAP is a more sophisticated email retrieval option, with additional user features supported by Veraciti’s email servers. For example, IMAP allows you to build user filing systems on the Veraciti email servers instead of the user’s PC. So, if you need to access your email from an alternate computer, your email will be there, organized in the same fashion as they are accustomed. And shared email boxes, such as those for handling customer service, support or sales inquiries, are especially suited to IMAP. If users must link to Veraciti via a dial connection from time to time, IMAP lets you preview email headers before downloading bulky messages. IMAP allows you to share calendars within your firm to set up meetings easily.

Effective Email Management

Veraciti can provide email forwarding to up to 5 alternate addresses, for users with multiple email services.

You can also set up custom auto-response messages for inquiries to your sales or service email addresses. You can rest assured that your clients will receive immediate automated responses to their inquiries. This feature is also useful when you are simply away from the office and would like to let your clients know how to best reach you or your company during your absence.

Address Books can be created for individual users or shared across your organization and are compatible with Outlook, Netscape and other popular email software.
